To donate blood, you should be:
1. In good health
2. UAE resident – Emirates ID
3. Be aged between 17 and 60
4. Weight at least 45kg
5. Not have donated blood in the last 90 days
6. Not be suffering from any infectious disease, 'flu or taking antibiotics
